Tree of Life Mocktail
The Tree of Life symbolises connection — between earth and sky, body and mind, grounding and growth.
Across ancient cultures, it represents renewal, balance and the quiet strength found in nature.

Inspired by this philosophy, this alcohol-free mocktail is designed to feel fresh, restorative and gently energising, combining vibrant citrus, natural sweetness and the grounding qualities of matcha. A mindful drink to reconnect, reset and restore balance — from the inside out.
You will need:
- Matcha (prepared with warm water, then cooled)
- Elderflower cordial
- Fresh pineapple juice
- Fresh lime juice
- Still or sparkling water
- Ice
Method:
- Whisk the matcha until smooth and lightly frothy, then allow it to cool.
- In a glass, combine fresh pineapple juice, a squeeze of lime and elderflower cordial.
- Add ice, pour over the matcha and top with still or sparkling water.
- Stir gently to bring the flavours together.
Mindful moment:
Before your first sip, pause. Take a deep breath. Notice the aroma. This is drinking with intention.
