The workshop will be based on the 6 “inner exercises” outlined in their bestselling book, The Inner Gym, which promotes the daily practices of stillness, gratitude, receiving, patience, slowing down, and random acts of kindness. This 90-minute experience will include a brief meditation, breakout sessions, along with fun and interactive group exercises to help the participants have a tactile understanding of each principle.
