Milla’s holistic approach is all about bio-individuality, the theory that the body can heal itself – by itself but there isn’t one solution that will work for everyone. She begins with the philosophy of the importance of Primary Nutrition – healthy relationships, physical activity, career and a mindfulness practise – before Secondary Nutrition – the foods we put on our plates. Milla is passionate about living and eating in sync with the seasons and the importance of switching to organic where possible, educating clients into introducing natural beauty and cleaning products and the importance of improving indoor air pollution in the home for overall health. Milla creates a nurturing and safe space for those who are overtired, overworked, stretched and stressed, and for those who perhaps aren’t but are in need of some time, balance, space and peace to reflect and recharge on what’s not serving you in our busy, modern lives. As a coach, Milla puts the power back in your hands.

1-2-1 Health & Lifestyle Coaching

Meet Milla for a private session in which you will discuss your lifestyle, health and goals in detail. This session will enable you to pinpoint the specific areas that may need support.

We’ll work towards understanding your mind, body and discover the practises and foods that nourish you in everyday life. Milla will support you to implement simple and positive lifestyle and behavioural changes that will contribute to your personal wellness lifestyle goals. The overall aim is to guide and empower you. Together you will set goals for you to go away and implement to build healthier habits in and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

Veronika stepped on the path of yoga and mindfulness practices ten years ago and it took her on an incredible journey of self-discovery and healing. Inspired to share this gift, she trained in various styles, including yin, vinyasa, hatha and yoga nidra with brilliant teachers such as Simon Low and Eija Tervonen at The Yoga Academy, Shiva Rae and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. She travelled around the globe and taught in different locations, from remote retreats in Colombia to the Sha Wellness Clinic in Spain, where she also worked with people helping them looking after their health and wellbeing not only through yoga, but also through healthy nutrition, natural therapies, mindfulness and meditation and healing sounds.

Having been passionate about sound and music since she was a child, following 12 years of musical training in piano, she discovered and began to use Tibetan singing bowls. Veronika has received her initial training from Otto Haddad in 2015 and have been deepening her knowledge ever since, studying with various teachers in Spain and Nepal.

Sound Bath

Sound bath is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit. It is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of healing and self-discovery. For this session you will lie comfortably on a yoga mat with cushions and blankets to keep you warm. The session will begin with a short guided meditation to prepare your body and mind and is followed by healing sounds using Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experience. There is nothing you need to do, just simply allow the healing vibrations to wash over you. The deep tones of the singing bowls can help relax muscular tensions, alleviate pain and increase the harmonious functioning of cells, tissues and organs, leaving you feeling more balanced and in harmony.

Singing bowl therapy dates back to the 12th century and has been originally used for meditation in Tibetan culture. Sound baths and 1-2-1 sound therapy have been found to be effective for reducing stress, alleviate depression and fatigue, and hence contribute to your overall wellbeing.
